Bindery Service is the spine of the printing sector and the good news is that at BriteStar, we specialize in both. Over years, we have gained enough experience and acquired expertise to give the finishing touch to your printing project exactly as you want.
At BriteStar, we offer a wide range of binding and finishing services to match the specific requirements of your print stock.
Scoring
A mechanical procedure, involving creating an indentation or notch along the sheet. This ensures proper folding and prevent papers from cracking along the fold. Ideal for bulk printing pieces like “Thank You” cards and menus.
Perforating
It includes punching very small holes linearly in a print piece to easily tear apart a section from the rest of the piece. Mostly used in direct mail and marketing pieces that need a response.
Stapling
For a range of applications, we offer large format stapling. Go for the simple corner stapling or be creative in your own way.
Folding
With complete focus and careful design planning, we ensure that every piece – be it a wedding invitation, brochure, booklet or anything else – gets the right fold without cracking or hampering the quality.
Collating
Mostly required for books, mailers and stapled packets, collating is an integral part of our bindery services. We offer both manual and machine-based collating service.
Padding
Refers to binding a stack of sheet using a flexible adhesive along one edge of the stack. The adhesive binds the sheet stack as a single unit while the topmost sheet can be easily removed as and when needed. Padding service is ideal for note pad, memo pad, and order pads.
Custom Die Cutting
Involves the use of a die to cut different print materials into specific shapes and designs. At BriteStar, you can choose between ovals, circles, rounded corners, and custom die-cut shapes. We also offer multiple paper options to select from. Perfect for marketing collateral.
Perfect Binding
Includes application of an adhesive on one side of each page and wrapping the whole piece with a cover. Ideal for combining 40-400 pages together.
Saddle Stitching
Involves inserting staples into the spine of a folded or printed piece to combine the pages together. Perfect option to bind 10-150 pages on the basis of print stock
